Fruc slices (Fruc rezine)

Hmmmm...prvič, ko sem slišala za tole pecivo sem bila malo skeptična. Kako za vraga paše na pecivo sok Fruc, ki ima okus korenčka, pomaranče in limone? No, pa so me prepričali, da poizkusim in bila sem preprosto navdušena nad njim. To je eno izmed najboljših receptov za poletne vroče dni (no objavljam in delam ga ravno pravi čas, ko pri nas zima malo štrajka in je zunaj precej toplo :D ). Ker pa imam jutri rojstni dan in malo pogostitve za svojo in fantovo družino sem danes zavihala rokave. 


Fruc rezine bodo všeč vsem, ki imajo radi skuto. Glede na sestavine in plasti se zdi, da se pecivo delo zelo zelo dolgo ampak ni tako. Jaz sem jih naredila v manj kot uri. 

Za testo potrebujemo:

- 5 jajc
- 100g sladkorja
- 10 žlic olja
- 250g moke
- 10 žlic mlačne vode
- pecilni prašek 
- vanilij sladkor

Sestavine zmešamo skupaj, da dobimo tekočo zmes, jo prelijemo na pekač s peki papirjem in pečemo na 180 stopinjah okoli 20 minut. Vmes pripravimo maso za prvi premaz:

- 1/2kg skute
- 60g sladkorja
- 50g masla

Ko se biskvit speče ga malo prepikamo z vilicami (da lahko sok bolj prepoji biskvit). Biskvit prelijemo z 2dcl soka Fruc. Nato lepo porazdelimo prvi premaz po biskvitu. Sledi še zadnji, torej drugi premaz sestavljen iz:

- 9dcl soka Fruc
- 2 vanilijeva pudinga


Vanilijev puding zmešamo v 1dcl soka. Počakamo, da začne sok počasi vreti in dodamo puding v preostalih 8dcl. Počakamo, da se zgosti in prelijemo po pecivu. 




PECIVO SE MORA OBVEZNO SERVIRATI HLADNO, SAJ JE OKUS RES NEKAJ ČISTO DRUGEGA. OSVEŽILNO, SOČNO IN NE PREVEČ SLADKO.

Hmmm ... when I first heard for this sweetness I was a little skeptical. How the hell fits together Fruc juice with taste of carrots, oranges and lemons on biscuit? Well, I was convinced to try and I was just impressed of that taste. This is one of the best recipes for hot summer days (i´m posting and doing it exactly the right time. Here in Slovenia is the weather for this time quite warm: D). Tomorrow is my birthday and I will make a small party for  my and my boyfriends family. So today I rolled up my sleeves.

Fruc slices are great for everyone who like cottage cheese. Depending on the components and layers, it appears that the pastry making is very long but it isn´t. I've made it in less than a hour.

For the dough we need:

- 5 eggs
- 100g sugar
- 10 tablespoons oil
- 250g flour
- 10 tablespoons of lukewarm water
- baking powder
- vanilla sugar

Mix together the ingredients to become a liquid mixture, pour it on the baking tray with the baking paper and bake at 180 degrees, about 20 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the mass for the first coating:

- 1/2kg cottage cheese
- 60g sugar
- 50g butter

When the biscuit is baked make some holes with a fork (the juice can soak more in the biscuit). Pour 2dl of juice Fruc on biscuit. Then give the first coating on biscuit. Then add the second coating which is from: 

- 9dcl Fruc juice
- 2 vanilla puddings

Mix vanilla pudding in 1dl juice. Wait that the juice starts to boil and add pudding to the remaining 8dcl. Allow to thicken and pour over the pastry.

TAKE CARE TO SERVE FRUC SLICES COLD!  It´s so refreshing, juicy and not too sweet.
