Chocolate walnut cookies (Čokoladni huzarski krapki)

Pa smo zakorakali v novo leto. Kar ne morem verjeti, kako hitro je bilo konec leto 2015. Za nekatere nepozano, za druge z nekaj padci pa vendar se je treba spominjati samo najepših stvari. Vsem mojim bralcem želim uspešno leto 2016. Vse kar lahko rečem je: sledite svojim sanjam. Pa naj bodo še tako nemogoče- kjer je volja tam je pot. S prijatelji smo se letos za novo leto odpravili v zidanico v Rogaško Slatino. Punce smo se odločile, da nekaj tudi spečemo za s seboj. Pa sem prišla na svoj račun. Za novo leto sem želela malo eksperimentirati in narediti nekaj novega. Na Kulinariki sem našla recept za tele kekse, ga malo priredila in šla v akcijo. 


Kekse so pohvalili še tisti, ki ne marajo sladkih dobrot, tako, da so res božanski. Pa še zmanjkali so takoj.

Za testo potrebujemo:

- 140g masla
- 40g sladkorja
- 1 vanilij sladkor
- ščepec soli
- 2 rumenjaka
- 180g moke
- 50g nasekljane čokolade

Prav tako rabimo:

- 2 beljaka
- 100g orehov 


Najprej odmerimo suhe sestavine. Dodamo rumenjake in naribamo maslo. Maso hitro enakomerno zmešamo. Če želite lahko nasekljano čokolado dodate tudi malo pred koncem gnetenja. Pripravimo pekač obložen s peki papirjem. Beljaka v posodici malo zmešamo, orehe pa na drobno nasekljamo. Iz mase naredimo male kroglice, jih namočimo v beljak in povaljamo v narezanih orehih. S kuhalnico na sredino naredimo luknjo in damo peči na 180 stopinj za 18 minut. Medtem pripravimo kremo. 


Krema:

- 30g masla
- 180g čokolade v prahu
- 4 žlice sladke smetane
- 1,5 žlice medu

Kremo stopimo in počakamo, da se ohladi. Ko je mlačna preverimo, če jo že lahko brizgamo. Če je še preveč tekoča počakamo drugače pa nabrizgamo v luknjice. Krema se kasneje dobro strdi, tako, da lahko kekse naložimo eden na drugega. Iz mase pride okoli 30 keksov.

We stepped in new year. I can´t believe how fast this year flows. For some a great year and for another with up&downs, but in the end, it´s important to remember only great things. To all my readers: have a great year 2016. All I can say is: follow your dreams. And no matter how impossible it looks- where´s a will there´s a way. Me and my friends celebrate this new year´s Eve in a cottage in Rogaška Slatina. We decided to bake something. I wanted to experiment a little and do something new. I found a recipe for these cookies, modified a little and went into action.

These cookies are something special. They are great even for those who don´t like sweet, so roll quickly your sleeves up and go in action.

For the dough we need:

- 140g butter
- 40g sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 egg yolks
- 180g flour
- 50g chopped chocolate

We also need:
- 2 egg whites
- 100 g of walnuts

First, give together dry ingredients. Add yolks and grated butter. Mix quickly the mass. If you want you can add chopped chocolate shortly before the end of kneading. Prepare a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Mix the whites a little in small bowl and chop the walnuts finely. Make small balls from the dough, soak them in egg white and roll in chopped nuts. Use the end of spoon to make a hole in the middle and place in the oven with 180 degrees for 18 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the cream.

Cream:
- 30 g butter
- 180g of chocolate powder
- 4 tablespoons whipping cream
- 1,5 tablespoons of honey
 
Mix, melt the cream and allow to cool. When the cream is lukewarm, check if you can already spray on the cookies. If the cream is too much liquid wait otherwise sprayed into the holes. The cream hardened in the end, so you can give the biscuits one on the other. You get about 30 biscuits from this mass.
