Walnut cookies (Orehi)

Sem vizualen tip človeka, tako, da me vedno privlačijo lepe stvari. To velja za kozmetiko, oblačila oziroma skoraj vse. Seveda imam rada tudi sladice, ki so na pogled nekaj posebnega, če pa je še dobro pa toliko boljše. Danes je en takšnih dni, ko imam malo več časa. Seveda je potrebno vsako minuto maksimalno izkoristiti, zato sem se dopoldne spravila delati kekse v obliki orehov. Ne bom rekla, da so hitro narejeni, ravno nasprotno; za orehe si je treba vzeti malo več časa. Dobro je, če je pri hiši veliko pekačev za orehe. Jaz imam 3 in na vsakem je prostor za 20 polovic. Orehi zdržijo kar nekaj časa, lahko pa se dajo tudi v skrinjo. So res prava paša za oči poleg tega pa zelo rahli in okusni. 



Delam jih po receptu, ki sem ga dobila zraven pekačev. Orehi se lahko polnijo s posebno kremo ampak jaz (in vsi ostali, ki jih poznam in jih delajo) jih lepim z nutelo. Za testo potrebujem:

- 320g masla
- 400g moke
- 100g mletega sladkorja
- 120g mletih orehov
- 2 žlici mlete čokolade





Sestavine zgnetemo v testo, ogrejemo pečico na 180 stopinj in gremo v akcijo. Naredimo majhne kroglice in luknje v pekaču napolnemo z njimi. Pazimo, da ne napolnemo čisto do vrha (naj bo nekje na dveh tretjinah), saj malo narastejo med peko. Pečejo se 15-20 minut (toliko, da robovi lepo porjavijo). Najboljše je, da pečene stresemo na večji pekač, da se ohladijo. Pečeni so zelo rahli, tako, da je potrebno biti malo previden. Ko vse polovice spečemo pa sledi mazanje in lepljenje polovic, da dobimo cele orehe.

I'm a visual person so I´m always fascinated by the beautiful things. This applies to cosmetics, clothes,...almost everything. Of course, I love the desserts, which looks something special, and if they´re still good it´s so much better. Today is one of days when I have a little more time. Of course I spend every minute to maximum. In the morning I made cookies in the form of nuts. You need a little more time for their making. It´s good if you have at house more baking dishes for nuts. I have 3 and each has room for 20 halves. Walnuts withstand quite some time and you can also give them in the ark. They are feast for the eyes, very slight and tasty.

I made them after the recipe I got beside baking dishes for walnuts. You can fill them with a special cream but I (and everyone else I know and made them) fill them with nutella. For the dough you need:

- 320g butter
- 400g flour
- 100g powdered sugar
- 120g ground walnuts
- 2 tablespoons powdered chocolate.

Knead the ingredients together, heat the oven to 180 degrees and go in action. Make small balls and fill the holes in baking dish for walnuts. Take care not to fill to the top (somewhere at two thirds) because they rise a little bit during baking. They are baked in 15-20 minutes (the edges should be brown). When they are baked give them on a larger baking dish to cool. Baked are very slight so you have to be a little careful. When all the halfs are baked start with sticking the halves together  to become the whole walnuts.
