Raffaello balls with sour cream (rafaelo kroglice s kislo smetano)

- 150g sladkorja v prahu
- 300g kokosove moke
- 2 žlici Lino lada namaza
- 1 malo kislo smetano
- olupljene mandlje
- kokosovo moko za posip

V posodo damo najprej kislo smetano, jo malo premešamo, ji dodamo namaz Lino lada, sladkor v prahu in na koncu kokosovo moko.

Sama nisem velika ljubiteljica kokosa.

English:

These days I bake a lot. My posts are therefore a little more about baking. These weekend was the table full of all things because of Easter holidays. Including my homemade raffaello balls. I made raffaello balls a few years ago for the first time but with other recipe; with milk powder. They are very good but it´s more time-consuming; you must waiting to cool the mass. But in this recipe you can simply mix all ingredients together and make balls from it.

For raffaello balls you need:

- 150g powdered sugar
- 300g coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons Lino lada spread
- 1 small sour cream
- shelled almonds
- coconut flour for strew

First give in a container sour cream, mix it a little, add Lino lada spread, powdered sugar and in the end coconut flour. Make balls from the mass, give in the middle an almond and roll in coconut flour. From this mass you can make about 50 balls (I gave on the table a little less because I eat a few of them during making them).

I am not a big fan of coconut. The only thing that I love from coconut are Raffaello balls :) And these homemade raffaello balls are very similar to original ;)
