Healthy and tasty cookies (zdravi in okusni keksi)

Peka keksov zna biti včasih zares zamudna poleg tega pa lahko zapraviš celo premoženje za vse sestavine. Tile keksi so super zdravi, hitri za pripravo pa še okusni povrhu. Poleg tega pa rabite samo 2 sestavini. Nemogoče kaj? Pravzaprav ne. Kekse lahko naredi čisto vsak, ki zna vsaj malo uporabljati pečico. Torej za kekse potrebujete samo OVSENE KOSMIČE in BANANO. Nobene moke, jajc in ostalih sestavin. Končni izdelek je sledeč: 






Njihovo izdelavo bom prikazala s pomočjo slik. 

1. Moje sestavine, ki sem jih uporabila za kekse: ovseni kosmiči, 1 banana in
suhe brusnice
2. Banano pretlači z vilico, da dobiš enakomerno zmes
3. Ovsene kosmiče zmelji ali pa pusti cele (po želji) ter jih k
 banani dodajaš po občutku, tako da se lepo sprime vse skupaj
4. Brusnice nareži na majhne dele (jaz sem uporabila brusnice,
lahko uporabiš samo ovsene kosmiče in banano vse ostalo pa
 improviziraš glede na svoje želje)
5. Vse sestavine dodaš skupaj in enakomerno zmešaš
6. Na pekač jih dajaj s pomočjo majhne žličke 
7. Pekač damo v pečico in pečemo kekse 25 min na 180 stopinj.

Sometimes can be baking cookies really time consuming and you can spend a fortune for all ingredients. This cookies are super healthy, quick to prepare and very tasty. In addition you need only two ingredients. Unbelievable what? Actually not. Cookies can make anyone who knows at least a little how to use the oven. For cookies you only need oat flakes and a banana. There is no flour, eggs and other ingredients. The final product is on the first picture. 

Making of:

1. My ingredients that I use for cookies: oat flakes, 1 banana and dried cranberries
2.  Mash the banana with a fork to get an evenly mixture
3. Grind the oat flakes or leave it whole (as you wish) and give them to the banana to stick all together
4. Cut the cranberries into small pieces (I used cranberries, you can only use oatmeal and a banana or with everything else according to your preferences)
5. Add all the ingredients together and mix well
6. Give them to the baking dish with a small spoon
7. Place baking dish in the oven and bake cookies 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
